Product Guide

Choosing it, checking it, setting it up

What to check before you order, what to check when the box arrives, and how to set it up without surprises.

Before you order

  • Check the dimensions against the space it has to fit, and measure rather than estimate. Sizes are given in both inches and centimeters.
  • Read what's included. Accessories, hardware, cables, and batteries are listed when supplied, and noted when they aren't.
  • Check compatibility with anything it has to work alongside — the fitting, the model, the version.
  • Note the variant you're selecting. Color, size, and configuration are chosen at the cart, and it's worth a second look before paying.

When it arrives

Inspect the packaging before opening it and photograph any visible damage. Check the contents against the product page while everything is still packed, so anything missing is easy to identify. Keep the packaging until you're confident the item is right — it's what protects the product if it has to go back.

Setting up

Read the instructions through before starting rather than as you go. Where assembly is involved, work on a soft surface, keep hardware separated, and leave fixings finger-tight until everything is aligned, then tighten in sequence.

Keep these together

Your order confirmation, the instructions, and any spare parts or hardware. That set covers almost every future question: a replacement part, a warranty claim, or a step you need to reverse.
