Warranty

What warranty covers

If something fails through a fault rather than through use, we'll put it right.

What is covered

Manufacturing defects and premature failure in normal use, within the warranty period stated on the product page. This includes items that arrive faulty, stop working as described, or fail far sooner than they reasonably should.

What is not covered

  • Accidental damage, drops, and liquid damage.
  • Normal wear — fading, scuffing, and gradual loss of performance over time.
  • Consumable and wear parts expected to be replaced.
  • Use against the instructions, or outside the stated conditions.
  • Modification, or repair by a third party.

Your statutory rights

Any warranty we offer is in addition to your legal rights and never replaces them. In the EU, goods carry a legal guarantee of at least two years from delivery. In the UK, the Consumer Rights Act gives a 30-day short-term right to reject, followed by repair or replacement rights. In the US, rights vary by state and by the written warranty terms.

How to make a claim

Contact us with your order number, a description of the fault, when it began, and photos or video. We'll confirm coverage and send return or replacement instructions — please wait for those before shipping anything back. Where a return is needed for an item confirmed faulty, we cover the return shipping.
